AIDA Theory Session (Approximately 3 hours)

AIDA Pool Session (Approximately 2-3 hours)
📍 Usually held on Tuesdays or Thursdays, at swimming pools in Sham Shui Po or Wong Tai Sin.

Open Water Session (Approximately 3-4 hours)

📍 First and Second Open Water Training at Po Toi O, Sai Kung Island (Approximately 2 hours per session)
Accessible by taking minibus 101 from Hang Hau MTR Station to Sai Kung Sports Centre, approximately a half-hour ride.

Open Water Depth and Rescue Assessment (Approximately 3-4 hours)

📍 Half Moon Bay, Sai Kung (Depth of 12 meters for AIDA2 and 24 meters for AIDA3 )
Conducting the open water depth and rescue assessment. If students easily reach a depth of 10 meters in the first two days of open water practice, consideration for a boat dive for a deeper assessment will be made.

Upon completion of the AIDA2 or AIDA3 course, there will be an online theory test. Certified students must complete the AIDA theory test with at least a 75% score. If a student fails any item within the AIDA course, the retest fee will be HK$200 per session.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All courses MUST be completed within one year from the commencement date, otherwise they will be invalid in the AIDA system.

All bookings are considered "provisional reservations" until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, we will send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled by us, the Freediving Alliance coach, due to severe weather or other unforeseeable circumstances:

• Rescheduling or a full refund will be provided before the start of the course.

• No refund will be provided once the course has begun.

Cancellation Fees for Students:

• Cancellation due to typhoons or natural disasters resulting in flight cancellations: No cancellation fee (must notify us immediately).

• Lateness of more than 30 minutes on the day of the course will be considered an unauthorised absence: 100% of the full fee will be charged.

• Cancellation or no-show on the day of the course: 100% of the full fee will be charged.

• Cancellation within 1 day of the course: 50% of the course fee will be charged.

• Cancellation within 48 hours to 1 week: 30% of the course fee will be charged.

• Cancellation more than 1 week before the course: 10% of the course fee will be charged.

If a student does not meet the assessment standards after the course ends and cannot obtain the certification, the fee will not be refunded.
